Through play, discovery, and group integration, we will explore: The feelings/sensations of YOUR
voice, in order to wield its full authentic expression in life AND art; how to effectively ooad
stress and anxiety using your voice; the neurobiology of performance anxiety and how to work
WITH it to harness necessary energy in rehearsal and performance; and ways to walk through
the inevitable post show adrenaline drop off/ post show blues with self-awareness and
compassion. You will leave invigorated with a deeper understanding of your unique, authentic
voice in the world and what you need to fully express it!
